PRAYER at the heart of our lives as Christians
Our theme as a parish
-each week we reflect on different ways of praying
- This week we need to ask ourselves how we pray for healing for ourselves
and for all who are sick and struggling?

Pray for
- all the intentions on our Prayer Board at Mary’s  Shrine
- Pray for our children who are celebrating Baptism this weekend and their families
- Pray for all who are enrolled for CONFIRMATION this week and those who work with them
Pray with Pope Benedict XVI in October 
- that Christians who are in minority situations may have the strength and courage to live their faith and persevere in bearing witness to it
-  that the Lord may kindle a greater missionary awareness in every baptized person
